I've got a nice digital camera, which if I come i will bring, but others had better bring cameras too incase i can't come

OK, had a chat with the GF, she's gonna see about getting the Sunday (and maybe Monday too) off work. I shall see about getting the Monday off also.

As I'm coming from daaan sauf (down south), will take me a good 5hrs to get either way. Is there anyone closer by who could possibly lend us a bed or floor for Sunday night? Over 10hrs of driving in 1 day isn't really going to be a great idea, so it would be very much appreciated!

I should be getting my controller boards back from Xenarc (touchscreen wasn't working ) by the weekend, they got sent out yesterday (so i was told), so my carputer will be all up and running for the 14th (providing I don't manage to kill it )

Hi there, instead on actually parking at the trafford center, How about the retail park right next door to it, just off the motorway junction, on the opposite side from the trafford center. J6 I think of the M60.

There is a KFC and McDonalds (argh) there for some refreshments and parking would be a little easier.

Sorry guys - but can't make it this time.

Got the in-laws coming that weekend!!

Plus i'm starting my new business on Monday and need to stay in this area in case people ring up wanting their PC's looking at!!

What do people think of holding the next meet somewhere further south?
Sometime like Feb/March and somewhere like Hertfordshire?

Just an idea.

By some strange twist of fate i ended up in this very car park today, so for all the gps buffs that are attending this

Latitude 53º27.757N
Longitude 002º21.486W

is the parking space right outside the door to McDonalds
