The delays are mostly my fault. I've been so busy with going to school and work that I've been pretty unreliable with these pics. Anyways they've been ftp'ed and Mike should be able to post them; I just pm'ed him regarding this issue.

Hey, do you want me to put up an Atlanta carputer site? Or Southeast one? You do know that I have my own server. That way all the pics, local events, parts available, etc. (regional stuff), could be in one place. It's up to all of the local guys. I have the space, bandwidth, etc. A domain name would only run me $6.50/yr. That's nothing.

I'm up for that too. Just found this thread. Didn't know there were so many folks from Atlanta. I'm in Alpharetta and just installing version 2 of my Truckputer. Purcahsed all the reaplacement hardware and it is in various stages of shipment to me. Looking to do a fabricated install of my Xenarc screen into the dash of the Avalanche (probably have to chagne out the HU to get the space.
Would love to meet up with you guys and talk shop. Can't say that I have much to offer except to tell you waht doesn't work...  Just one question are there any  that are into Carputing? |

Rich - if it takes you 2 hours to get to the Varsity from Gainesville, you may want to change the settigs on your GPS from scenic route to quickest...  |

I am in Alpharetta as well. I think that we ought to have a monthly meet and eat and whoever be there show's up. I have a F150 supercrew and I need to re-do my dash. Maybe we can hook up and help each other work on them, not just look at them.

traitorhound - sorry about that, I didn't look at your profile, I know exactly where Lake mary is . We have a Gainsville Georgia that is just about 20 mins north of me, so if you take that into account, you could see why I meesed up.  
Please accept my apologies if you were offended.
While I like that idea of a monthly meet where people could help each other, that seems to bring a bunch of variables into the equation. What about power? Hauling tools and supplies back and forth? Whose ride gets worked on? Etc..... |
