I have family in Ontario, visited them a few times. Boring place, but very very, I mean very clean, compared to NY atleast.

Canada can be boring, but I always have fun. I visit Toronto, Sarnia, Sudbury and I somehow seem to have fun. I definitely had more fun in Paris than anytime I've been in various provinces, but once you lived hillibilly Colorado, Botswana sounds like heaven!

i lived in canada for 99.9% of my life, and god damn, BC is boring as hell, sure we have scenery, but im not into that, lol, lower mainland has something like 5 million people, but its in a HUGE area
korea on the other hand, Seoul has over 12 million people in an area about 5 times smaller than the lower mainland/vancouver area, theres people everywhere, i love it +_+
u want clean? come to Seoul, its crazy, they dont have garbage cans, but u can barely find any garbage on the ground

The AMC in whitby is a good place to meet too. The car club i was in used to meet there all the time.
So, how bout we pick a date/time and get this ball rolling?
I can go any weeknight after 7 (I get off work at 5 and that gives me time to get there) or maybe a Sunday afternoon. Any other ideas?

I grew up and went to school in Ontario but have been through nearly a dozen moves with the military over the years. After 2 tours on Vancouver Island, I'd have to say that it's calling me back there to retire.

I've never found Ontario to be boring. Try living on Vancouver Island. Sheesh, .... you know all of the 60's hippies moved there years ago and live on the "out islands" in the straits. We called them the "Granola Gang" since they only surface onto the main Island during fairs and festivals selling there homemade wares and wearing their long hair, beads and tie dye apparell. It's worth going to those fairs just to seem them.

The guy with the Mazda3 PC organizes his club's meets at the Outback Steakhouse parking lot on Thursday nights. I think that's the name of the restaurant. The first one you see when you turn off of Consumers Dr. Anyway, it's half price appetizers on Thursday nights ans usually things get started by 8pm. But since it's getting darker earlier, I think they'll be switching to 7pm.
How does Thursday night (tentatively) sound like. It's an all make/model car club meet so no one should feel at all out of place. Perhaps a few lurkers from the GTA area may jump on this too.
And for the lurkers, it's east on the 401 to Whitby. Then it's the Thickson Rd exit off of the 401. One block up to the lights and a left there onto Consumers Dr. Can't miss the parking lot to the left about 300 meters up Consumers.

Well, i shoulda mentioned this earlier, but this thursday for me will be a probably no go, as I'm in the process of re-installing my whole stereo/Carpc setup and i dunno if i'll have it all back in by the time Thursday rolls around.
I might be up for next thursday (the 14th) tho
EDIT:
I didn't realize we were talking about the same parking lot LOL. The AMC and Outback are in the same plaza LMAO
