UK Kent/SE meet - first post will be kept upto date
I thought a Kent/SE meet would be in order seeing as the nicer weather is approaching.
Time/Date: 2pm Saturday 5th June
Place: Bluewater
Near to Bluewater, at a harvester.
Dartford Bridge Harvester, Dartford
Princes Road, DARTFORD DA2 6NQ
It's about a mile away from Bluewater.
Get that in your carputer GPS
Put your name down if you'd be interested in attending.

Count Me In!
No install yet, but it'd be nice to get together... any ideas of a venue yet?
If its mid-kent, where abouts you thinking of? Lakeside? Bluewater?
Let me know about the date, cause I am looking at getting all my gear in the coming months.

Was thinking maybe 2 - 4 weeks time... but that may not be conveinient for everyone else.
I guess we could make it Bluewater, that way I can send the Mrs shopping while I talk about geeky stuff!
Even if you're only half done on your instal, bring it along and we can see it in progress!
So far the interest is:

I'll not be installed by then :)
I won't even have bought my new Frontera Sport yet!! But if I'm not on holiday with two of my mates in Costa del Clap (they keep changing the date), then I'll be along.
There may be a few people at bluewater on a weekend, is there any thoughts on where we'll be?
Anyone else thinking of installing in a Frontera? I've been looking at getting my hands on a 1999/2000 model and carputering it... amongst other things
More to come ... I don't wanna say I'm doing something, and not do it

I did wonder about Bluewater being busy at a weekend. Perhaps if we get lots of interest we could ask them to reserve a car park for us! :P Bit ambitious though!
I'll try and get up to Bluewater on a weekend before then and see if there is a car park people overlook... any other suggestions for a place to meet?
Adam.
