There's also this map right from Fry's website.
Fry's - Renton, WA
I'm moving that day and won't be able to make it by. ...but maybe next time. My system is not even installed anyway. I'm running MPXF in DOS using a 20x4 line LCD screen! I've had this setup haning around for about 5 years now. I used to use it in another car back in 1999 but had problems with a weak power inverter. Now its just been boxed for a few years.

I would like to just take a quick moment and say thanks to everyone who showed up for today's meet. There were 5 car computers present and we had 5-6 people show up without systems as well. I didn't take any pictures, but I am hoping that the ones who did post a few here.

I also want to say thanks to those that came out, met some great people and got some good ideas. Hopefully we can do it again and get a few more systems out there.
It was a pleasure to meet everyone, thanks, and take care!

I just wish I didn't have my hd problems the night before and you guys could see my system running, but hopefully you all got a good idea as to what I was going for (stealth).
For those of you that didn't see the thread about my case, you can see it here

Nice, glad you guys had fun Pictures, anyone?
My CarPC is getting fiberglassed in tonight, the LCD is in (Dash out, LCD molded in, etc) and will be setup soon. My car is going in for some insurance body work tho, so it could be a little while
I'll post in-progress pics of the panels tho

Tank circuit
I would be interested in seeing how you are building your tank circuit. Are you up for another meet?

Ohh, too bad I didn't make it
Although I did actually test my car pc in working enviroment, meaning I used it to play music while driving and while sitting at the campfire. With a little tweaking I think I could say that mine is complete
So, how about some pictures? If you don't have a place to upload them use www.photobucket.com

I think it would be really fun to meet maybe once a month to work on a project of some sort. This could be anything from demoing software, building tank circuits, dash fabrication how-to's, etc. Is anyone else interested in starting a Seattle area car-computing user group? I can probably set up a mailing list and a wiki pretty easily.
