I'll be at work not far from Roosevelt Field (Jillian's in the Source Mall), but I won't get off until around 6. Is there any chance the meet will still be going on? I'd love to make it.

Alright guys, the meet is 3 days away and we don't have a place were we are meeting. I say we should meet on one of the upper level parking lots, this way we have a lot of space to ourselves.
@fantomas, Do you still have to work on Sunday or were you able to get time off?

What's wrong with brooklyn? I'll admit that my neighbors park like 1 cm apart from each other, so my bumpers are in desperate need of repainting but that's the only problem I've had.
Bluehcc, sorry to hear it. You should come out anyway.

bluehcc forget alarms for your CarPC. A 12 Gauge does a better job. Waiting is just the boring part.

alright..i was able to switch with someone on sunday so now i dont have to go in until 4. which means i should leave around 3-3:15 from RF to give me enough time to get to work in huntington. lets meet at 1 PM.... someone come up with a place and decent directions on how to get there or whatever. i've only been there once so i really dont know the area too well. is there more than one parking garage?

upper level sounds good to me. I think the one that attaches to Galyans is a good spot. Not too many people park there. And just incase it rains we can always move one level down.

haha yeah fantomas!! theres a crap load of parking garages. Here is a map according to map quest:
http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp...type=GenSearch
You can probably put it into your GPS for more detailed instructions. Speaking of GPS I will have copy of Mappoint 2004 to trade for another GPS prog.(im looking for Routis 04) If your interested PM me.
So this is it-- 1pm Roosevelt Field upper level outside of Galyans. Is that cool with everyone?

We should meet in one of the lower levels of a parking garage so we'll actually be able to read our LCDs and won't have to stand in the sun.
edit: Does anyone have Mappoint 2005?
