The last meet place was OK but we need to make sure that no events are on the time we want to schedule the next one.

C4M my gps just died well worked for 3mins then needed to aquire again i just ripped off the cap and it works fine just takes about 20secs longer to aquire sats which is worth it i think cause replacing the cap still makes it die months later

If petrol was cheaper id come drive up for a meet

must give my gps a real good work out

If the petrol prices go down i'll really consider coming up there for a mini holiday even tho its cheaper to fly i can't take my car to show it off so i'll have to consider this carefully

@NIN: Just read the thread about ripping random parts out of the GPS. Sounds good, although I'm a little annoyed that I just bought a new Holux on the weekend

@Meddler: Agree - happy to go on a scouting run - I'lll message you seperately re this

@all: Just discovered that I'm interstate on 14 August. How does the following weekend (Sunday 21 August) sound to all. Would you prefer that we start a new thread to discuss the new meet?

Im up for any weekend apart from the 27th And anything after noon is good for me on a weekend, but if not ill make it to whatever I can
