I like the January 22nd date, I won't be back in town until the start of school so that's the best date for me. Not sure if anyone else is in the same boat or not in that department...

As for location, I didn't mind the last place, yeah there was a little confusion on finding everyone but now that most of us have been there we know where to look. It of course won't be much good if it decides to rain or something.

I don't know of anyplace that would offer a nice toasty location outside of rain unless we went to a parking lot for a mall or something. It for sure will be bone chillin cold no matter what so we should think about that before we commit to a bbq...

I also like the 22nd. May I suggest the South Bay or Peninsula? Dave & Busters in Milipitas is OK, but I'm sure we could come up with something better. I also have nothing new to show, but it'd be nice seeing you guys again.

Oh, and the barbeque was awesome (thanks Antimatter!). I could even host at my house if you guys would consider Los Gatos, I just don't have a ton of parking.

Cool stuff, it's always fun to show new people who are actually interested in this stuff. I could imagine that all of us with systems have had to endure the blank stares of our family and friends as we try to show off all of our hard work and money. Usually they say something about what a waste and how you should have just spent the money on off the shelf stuff...

Anyway, looks like the 22nd is good for at least two of us, anyone else down for this date?

Well lets start organizing a place and time, Lets try for a saturday. This time we should try to plan on a time that will give us a Day and night views. Like 5-7 or something or 4-6.

Whacha think

Well, the last place was a little big and offers no shelter if it rains. If that is the place of choice, then we should at least have a back-up place with shelter in mind. I make these request, but I have no suggestions...i am such an ***
