Nice work Panda, is that using the stock screen, or did you rip it out?

I have the Premium Audio package, it has a bit better power output, subwoofer and most importantly the colour LCD.

Using the right Video Card (Arcade VGA) I can plug directly into it.

Hi Guys

My names Scott Hancock, I own a business called HD Technology. We're situated in Bendigo, Victoria. I originally started off as a PC Tech but as my intrests moved into automotives we started looking expanding into carPC's. Since then we closed our IT business and started up HD Technology. We got in touch with the great guys at mp3car and started going nuts on our demo car.

Were looking at launching our business July/August 2007. When we officially launch you will find everything you need to install a carPC and we can do installations as well. We dont stock crap and their is a 100% garrentee on all our installations.

I wont say anymore untill closer to release date. Our website is up and running, not complete yet but up. It includes a forum, so you guys can catch up and plan meets.

If you need any parts prior to release date just contact us, we can still accomodate you.

HDTech> I notice you utilise Streetdeck. Does this mean that it will contain Aus maps?

Hey Iceman,
Even though MP3Car is one of our main suppliers and the question is relevent to their software, we still have to respect MP3Car's rules on this forum. If you post on our forum we will be happy to answer all your questions

Hey peoples, newbie here from Melbourne!

Djmickyg got me hooked on the idea of a carpc ages ago, so I decided to finally bite the bullet and start a setup for my 1991 ST185 Celica GT-Four Group A.

So far, I've got a Sempron 3300+, AMD K8V-VM all in-one board, seagate 160gb SATA HDD, and waiting on an M2-ATX Psu to arrive. I'll be putting a motorised ebay touchscreen in my dash, will get some pictures of it up soon!
