Just thought I will add myself to the list... I'm in Melbourne! in the SE Suburbs near the beach Carputer is nearly ready to be installed, got the computer and made a case myself (a bit dodgy!) Now just for the cabling and a few extra parts here and there for it to be complete! I am currently using a character LCD with backlight (of course!) and control it via Remote Control (WinLIRC). Glad to see many Aussies @ mp3car.com!

Hi all!

Im in Perth, just trying to get my carpc/mp3 installed now - just got to sort out a couple of things on the power side, and I think it'll be ready!

Does anyone know any mobile installers in the Perth area?

Cheers
