i'm interested in showing up at a meet. i got my setup working and stuff.. at the moment just adding stuff like gps and changing the layout and frontends etc. Needing a frontend which works good and dosen't have to recompile a damn database every time i add something new. but yeh.. i'm there.
I dont know what you mean by "Go death with those subbies"
but yeh.. they go go well Inputted to my pioneer head unit via stacker input and some RCA cables.
I wonder how old all the local people are in here. I'm probably one of the older ones at 28..

Try Neo Media Center it doesn't use databases and it's my frontend of choice
altho it has a GPS bug so get the second recent release for now

my install is still a long way off... so far that i am still in the process of getting my damn car, BUT i am getting my freebee screen one week after easter hopefully, all re-coed and ready to go , ok enough updating on my part.... i'd like to vote for a meet around the end of april mabey even may...or later still, bt for me the sooner the better.but to get the best turnout you gotta leave plenty of time for people to come up with excuses to throw sickies from work

I was thinking about a meet in july or august to let everyone save up and get parts of their installs finished.
If you guys want 1 sooner we cn but not much would ahve changed we did only have a meet at the start of march hehe
I'm getting distracted with a few projects now
Got the gps HUD display im making and i also just got a overhead projector
I popped open a 7.6" lcd i had and now i have a LCD projector
the quality is amazing im very surprised i love it i'm gonna get a bigger screen soon so i get an even bigger image
I need to stop taking on new projects i still got 3 arcade cabinets and the carpc install and a few mods im doing on my car i really should stop taking on new projects but i keep going owwww i wanna do that hehe

Yeah maybe you coiuld get some people from the Car Audio Club to come down also and make it like a stereo/car pc meet
"Try Neo Media Center it doesn't use databases and it's my frontend of choice
altho it has a GPS bug so get the second recent release for now"
Thanks for that suggestion.. i will give it a go.. I dunno how hard it will be to use with my psx controllers but i'll give it a go. I wish i had touch screen.. I have another program that will take care of the GPS for me and possibly a 3d version soon.
