Can the mp3car.com staff come on this grand road trip?

I am up for a good flight and drive through Europe...

Can we rent an mp3car? We might be stuck with an ipod and fm modulator.

If Frodo can put up with using AIMEE then he should be able to tag along with me

This is a rough guess from the OcUK forums (who are going around Europse this summer):

Quote:
3000 miles,

10mpg 70p per liter = £953
20mpg 70p per liter = £476

so just for petrol your looking at a fair bit depending how much mpg you do....

then £20 a night for accomadation =£200
food £10 a day? = £100
then ferrari musem, nurberg ring and other costs

So maybe £1500-2500 depending on how heavy your right foot is, and what other costs there are.

Hence why this is being planned for next year, to allow people to save up/plan.

If you share the car with others, then of course things like petrol costs and ferry crossings etc will become cheaper for you.

I will find out how much people spent on the OcUK trip, so we will have a better idea on how much it might cost.

Remember this is the guess of someone else!

nurberg is a death trap

thats a LOT of miles, about as much as I do a year !!!!

What have you done to that 2 litre, that it gives that kind of MPG

I get 21MPG with my 2.8, and that's mainly town driving.
