I live right near the fashion mall so i'm all for it! I just started working on my car pc in dec. I am almost done!(excluding the gps and camera, which is coming later) Maybe I will have it ready for the meet.
Info:
car: 2004 saturn ion
lcd: 7" lilli
mobo: epia v
psu: m1-atx
hd: 30 gig
ram: 128mb (soon to be 640mb)
lan: d-link wireless-g usb adapter
FYI:
what is kinda unique about my install is that the computer is going to be in a mini model of my car (inside of my car). It will sit on the shelf behind the back seats and connect to the in-dash lilli. So show up to the meet and check it out, i would love some suggestions!

Even if your system is not finished, or you are planning to build a carputer, come anyways. You can get ideas, comments, suggestions at meets to finish or get started on a carputer.

I'm down to...
I'm kinda close also... I know the garage he was talking about. I have no idea if it's a good spot or not. But the only other garage I can think of is Ft Lauderdale airport. Hell, if the airports wf-fi service reached to the garage that wouldn't be half bad.
I don't have a Car PC... looking to learn from others as I've wanted to do this since watching Knight Rider.

man that sucks working on sundays. I can almost understand working on saturdays but not sundays. But I am planning a meet somewhere in the pan handle later this year. so get ready.
