It is often difficult to find parking at Coulon. I would rather we stick to Fry's. There is always plenty of room there. If we want to go over to Coulon and get a bite to eat afterwards, I am ok with that.

That could be true. I was there in the middle of a week day, and come to think about it there wasn't a huge amount of parking. I could see that filling up pretty fast on a nice sunny weekend day.

Bringing food isn't absolutely necessary. There are at least 3 places nearby where you can purchase food. Fry's has a cafe (although it is horribly overpriced) and there is a hamburger joint and an Ivar Seafood place at Coulon.

If you really want to see some amazing cars, check out the 17th annual vintage car races at Pacific Raceways on the 1st-3rd of July. There are always hundreds of great vintage cars, many of them racing. The races aren't a parade, either. Those guys really put the pedal down. The whole thing is organized by SOVREN ( http://www.sovren.org/) and the proceeds benefit Children's Hospital. I have gone for the last few years and always have a great time.

More people coming
A couple more people from my work are coming to the gathering. I don't know if they have carputers, and mine is nothing but a heap of parts now, but at least we would see some faces and cars

Set the date, me and my buddy will be there.
I have a new system and my friend has my old one in his car.
Plus I have a new digital camera, looking forward to it!
PS: somebody ought to notify the other members that we had on our last meet, or the thread might go unnoticed.

Hmm. Maybe it is worth me coming then . My car PC is jammed under the passenger seat and almost invisible (and for from easy to remove!) and the monitor still in it's temporary mounting location in a hole in the top of the dash where a small glove box type thing used to be.

Hey guys...
Just saw the thread... I am the Canadian who was at the last 2 meets at Fry's...
This is really going to depend on the date whether I can make it or not...I am hitting Vegas for 8 days leaving Bellingham on the 19th. So I'm not sure if I can make the 18th or not.
But I have done some more to my system as well...
Yuriy...No more duct tape?

Ok, I am finalizing the date as: Saturday the 18th of June at 12pm. We will meet at the north end of the Frys parking lot to oogle each other's systems. Afterwards, we will head over to Coulon Park for munchies.
