Damn, my friend sold his car, and I doubt he'll get a new one anytime soon to make it to the meet.
He still has my old system with it's big-*** 12.1" screen.
I just did a few cool things to my puter, can't wait to show off the powah of my new $90 tablet system!

Crap, my car is in need of serious repairs. Unless I can get my parents to borrow me some money from their credit card, I won't have money to fix it until three weeks after today. I will confirm later, but do you guys want to reschedule or something? I really want to go, me and my friend will bring two cars each with a cheapy carputer, but they each look pretty cool right now, nothing ghetto about them.
edit: nevermind, I should have it running by tuesday if the diagnostics were correct. But damn, I'll be broke

I was at fry today, the big parking lots that's connected to fry which I believed where you guys are planning to meet now have a sign :
" Private Property, No Trespassing Allow" or "Private Property Trespassing will be Prosecuted", I forgot which one, but it was something like that. But I saw some people was there flying airplane so the maybe the sign is there just to scare you.

I still say that is the best place to hold the meet. Lets just stay at the northern end of Fry's side of the parking lot to be on the safe side. I think the sign is more to discourage people who were using the parking lot to park their trailers (as overflow for Coulon Park) during boating season and the occasional RV using it as a free overnight spot.

I really dislike the idea of changing major details at this late a date. The early time was chosen so that people can get to the meet and back home during daylight hours. Last time we had people driving up from Portland that needed to drive back the same day. If everyone coming to this one is local, then I would be willing to change the time. Can we get everyone who will DEFINITELY come if the time is right voice an opinion as to the best time to meet?

It's cool, I should still be there. My car is in a shop again, so might as well leave the time and date as is.

As much as I would love to be there I'm not sure that I can make it. I am trying my best but I have to get things ready for a grad/fathers day/moms birthday bar-b-que on Sunday. Plus get my work van worked on so it will pass the fricking emissions crap.
I really want to be there and I'm seriously trying to make it. So as far as the time goes, it doesn't really matter much to me.
