Thanks for making the call.
its a good thing I picked up on that parking pass thing, otherwise we all would have felt really dumb standing at the enterence not knowing what to do.

Thanks for taking care of that Alti.
According to iGuidance, there are a couple of parks in the Mamaroneck harbor vicinity:
- Harbor Island Park
- Flint Park
- Lorenzo Park
- Five Islands Park
- Hudson Park and Beach
- Davenport Park
- Shore Park
- D'Onofrio Memorial Park
Is anyone familiar with any of these?
Edit: We could also probably have the meet at Rye Playland as long as it's during the daylight hours... but then we'll probably get hit for parking $$..

i'm down for anything that is free, large, and has plenty of shade.
unfortunately i don't know much about the area, so as long as its free and at least one of the other conditions, count me in.
anyone want to go through the thread and make a list of definites and maybes?

I'm familiar with most of them...I think that Harbor Park is the 'Mamaroneck Waterfront Park'. I believe that one has the largest parking lot out of all the choices. I will try to post pics if I get a chance to take them this weekend...Just "remind me" by keeping this thread active. As long as I see it, I will be reminded.

5 islands is a pretty decent location too, but I believe has a much smaller parking lot...

per pervious experience, it's like this...
25 ppl say they gonna come (including maybes)
2-3 ppl show up early
5-6 more join at around the time
2-3 come late,
1 comes way late,
the rest is out for no reason...
cheers
