Nice one lads, its all coming together nicely. Pity I won't have my Landy there, I'll just have to take a load of pics before I go. Not long now, I'm in the middle of sorting out stuff to take over, ironing clothes, getting money etc. I'll be glad when I'm there and can chill out.

Thanks for the update bnd. I'll definately be there. If you need any help figuring out where to have the meet let me know. My girl lives in Westchester and as I said my brother-in-law runs a company with accounts throughout Westchester. I'll make a run with you if you want to check out spots. If not I'll see you and everyone else next Sunday.

Okay guys, only a day and a bit before I fly out. With a bit of luck I can keep up with mp3car using my mates pc. I'll check in as soon as I can when I get there and see how the arrangements are getting on. In the meantime if you have anything you need to tell me, I'll be here until Monday 12th 0900 GMT.

Hope your having some fun over here in the states rusty. I know there is plenty of places you can go to have a good time. Try taking a trip into the city and to some electronica clubs (if that's your thing), there are some really hot ones in Manhattan.
Thursday sounds good depending on the time. I was going to be in Westchester anyway to meet up with my girl so just let me know when you think you'll be going. I'm pretty flexible as I have my own company so I can come and go. I don't know what your hours are for work, but sometime after 5 would probably be good. If it's close to 5 I'll just head up a lil early so I avoid some bridge traffic.
BTW, I got my carputer running now. Just have to build the sub box and install the front speakers (left the easiest to last) and I should be good to go. I'll take pictures soon and post the results. Only thing left to do is to stop using JRMC to duplicate the stereo mp3's to a 4.1 setup. I had everything setup fine until my hd crashed. Reinstalled on a new drive and now I can't get it to work for the life of me without JRMC. Anyway, I'll post the issue on the main boards, no need to thread-jack this and run off on a tangent. Just wanted to let everyone know that I finally got it in and am a bit excited so wanted to share
Anyways, see you all Sunday.

Just want to get a tally of how many people are coming before we go hunting for a spot. Obviously we'll pick a spot that can accomodate additional people. There is no sense in limiting ourself to a spot that needs to handle 30 people if only 5 people confirm and add in 5-10 unconfirmed people. Also if people could put down the times they could come it would be easier to find a time at which the most people can come. Just a reminder, that this will be this on Sunday (Sep. 18) and will be in New Rochelle or the local vicinity.

Welcome Rusty.
as for the meet, I'm not too certain I will be able to make it. I'll have a better idea by Friday as to my status. But I really wanna make it to this meet since I missed the last one.
