NOON

Pioneer Woods Forest Preserve (Palos Hills, IL) / 107th street

Its right about where 55, 355, 294, 88 all congregate

Theres a long road with parking on each side going into the woods. There are three sections, the middle is the largest, so that would probably be the best place to congregate. I havent personally been here before, but it seems like as good a place as any. If any has a comment on it feel free, im just tryin to get the ball rolling.

I (Little Joe) can be reached at (630) 303-3142 for any directions that day. But Im sure most of you are rocking GPS so I doubt that will be a problem

That's cool. I'll try to show up, but I can't make any promises yet. I actually get off work at noon on Sundays up in Naperville. So I'll only be like 15 minutes away

where exactly is it? im guessing somewhere on lagrange road because theres like 100 forest preserves on lagrange lol

Yeah there's alot of Forest/Swamp Preserves right there. This is off of 107th.

Ill post a map up in a minute, as I can see that maps.google link wasnt working

I'm really thinking about going... I live in S.E. Iowa and just getting started in mobile video/computing.

Are there any activities planned?

My dash was removed yesterday, and they cracked my lcd display. I won't have it replaced until Monday.

Wow... thats a long drive for something like this.

Its just probably less than 10 of us meeting up in a parking lot and check out eachothers carputers.

but your more than welcome to come. maybe we can help you out and give you some great ideas since your just starting out your carpc. i have a bunch of buddies who want carputers and dont have anything yet that i am bringing with me to check it out and get ideas.

i really wanted to make it guys sorry i couldnt. i was ****ed off all day. ive been waiting for a chicago meet ever since i joined mp3car. anyway how many people turned up? just wondering what i missed out on.
