How about this: ONLY the people who actually attended the last meet should have a say on the next location. Keeps the flaky people from screwing things up.

Irvine would be my first choice, but not at the spectrum if its a weekend. The parking gets really crowded there on fri-sun. For second choice how about Dana Point. It never gets crowded, right off the 5, lots of parking lots near the ocean with food/coffee available, never traffic, clean, safe, easy to navigate, etc etc..
Oh yeah, and not everyone who didnt attend the last meet is flaky  I just moved here from the east coast a couple months ago.

So far it looks like its going to be either Burbank or Irvine......I know a lot of good places in Irvine other than the spectrum (like UC Irvine...lot's of parking lots and brand new parking structures in case it rains...and there will be lots of space on a weekend)

There is a Scion Car club event at Ricky and Ronnies that weekend. I will be in town attending that with my car. Personally I think you should have it near there....

It is in torrance..... there will be around 100 Scions celebrating the Scion Evolution car club. I am driving down on the 20th, going to the show and driving home on the 22nd.....

Well, torrance isn't that far away from burbank. I'd say about an hour's drive.

We could have it in Burbank, which would be an hour away from O.C. and probably over two hours away from S.D.....or we can have it in Irvine, which is a maximum of only an hour away from any point in SoCal...including S.D. Its a clean city and UCI is a perfect place to hold a meet...spacious parking structures in case it rains and tons of good food places. It's also two minutes away from fashion island. Just putting it out there...again
I'm actually going to a BMW meet down there this weekend...
