I haven't run over any. I don't live in SD where they run across the freeway
Yeh... the car shifts [gears] correctly. Actually it always shifted correctly. The thing was after the acident the tranny shifted 4mm back. I got that problem fixed yesturday. No more having to hit the tranny to shove it into park to remove the key. No more popping out of drive (actually that was fixed once I figured that the drive position was around 5mm behind were it used to be).

Yup... yup. The tranny was annoying though. Made parking a problem, since I couldn't throw it from reverse into drive anymore. Now I can
The car will be getting painted next month. I think I'll be getting it painted in imola red

Haha, do you KNOW how many M3's are around here?? Hmm... I saw a silver one once about 4 months ago.
It's still a big deal around here to see a Hummer (not H2 or H3, everybody and their dog has one of those now...). I saw a viper once a few years ago. Saw a ferarri the other day, a really old one.
Everyone around here drives a sunfire, cavalier, Denali, or Lexus SUV. Everything else around here is 90's or before, and trashed. Hardly ever see sedans/coupes that are actually cool, or new cars that are actually worth something.

Get out of the desert man!
Its rare for me NOT to see a m3 around here. I used to see at least one on my one mile commute to school and back. Funny thing is that I see more e46s than sunfires around here. LAers don't like driving crap

This isn't the desert... well ok, kinda, but it's more of a farming/oilfield community. There are no glamorous jobs here...
Sunfires aren't crap... they're "inexpensive"...
Shut up, I own one now, so no more bad mouthing. Plus, with a pricetag of $8500, you can't go wrong with my '04 I just got.

The real question is what happened to most of the resale value of the car after it left the dealer's lot. It looks like it lost a LOT in just 2 years
Talk about a bad investment. Almost as bad as rafster and his mercury

What city in New Mexico? You must not be in Albequerque or Santa Fe....there were some decent cars out there. My dad lived out there for a few years...get out of the desert
