Pros:
There is some shade, as there are trees. IIRC Frys lots do not have a lot of shade.
We can park together without problems and take a group photo.
You know the lot isn't going to be full.
Its more central to everyone in LA.
Cons:
Its farther for the select people come up from SD. |

While an abandon parking lot sounds nice, what we dont want is to be on private property allowing someone to call the cops on us.
How big is the Fry's parking lot? Most of the Fry's except for Manhattan beach has a pretty big lot and only gets totally filled during the holiday's or a major sale.

News Flash: Fry's parking lot IS private property. I guess that throws your argument out the window
Maybe I didn't make it clear: the lot belongs to a store called Extreme Value.
