sorry TheJack...
it's just not in the cards.
I'm driving to work right now (well, Monte is driving....) with the entire sub dash, center console, and door handles in the back seat wet sanded down to 600 grit. Taking this stuff to paint today, hoping it might be ready tomorrow morning.
Tonight the entire back end of the car is coming out and we start building the enclosure this weekend.
I'll be sure to post pics! hehe
Depending on when the next meet is, i'll try and be there.

Well, ****.....
I won't be there either. I just got off the phone and my mom was in a car accident, so I'm making a short-notice trip to El Paso to make certain she's all right.
Damn it all to hell.

Hello everybody I am in the same boat. want to run a mac mini setup and have all the parts and even had the screen running at one time.
I have a 2006 scion xA that will recieve this computer.
I don't know a thing about automotive electronics and would like your guys advice.
My question is where is everyone meeting (I know bone daddy's) and how will I know how to find you a particular part of the parking lot.
Also to be sure is it the 26th or 27th. I've seen both dates.

I'll be there with ya, John. If nothing else, we'll grab a seat at the bar, and get some potato skins.
Sorry to hear about your mom, Darque. I hope she's not hurt too badly.

I'm in El Paso now, and I think she's OK.
The only things she's going to need help with is procuing a temporary rental car and getting around for a couple days.
Sorry I'm gonna miss the meet, amigos.
Wave at the trampy waitresses for me.

Ack.... well hate to be one of the same.... Really wanted to come; spent last night adding some nice touches to the rig..... but today my "lovely" wife informed me that the $100 I would need for gas there and back was money I didn't have....
On the flip side, theres a good chance we are moving to Dallas in a few months, so I will be a DFW meet regular.

TheJack: If I wasn't so damn tired from the long drive, we could have hooked up in Midland or Odessa this morning!!! Hell, I even stopped there for gas!
Maybe on the return trip Mon or Tue (depending)?

DP, I'm glad your Mom is okay....
----
So what theres only two guys showing up? Well in either case I am going to be there in a White 2002 Trailblazer LS, so just look for the skinny white kid driving the big white SUV I may be a little late by a half hour or so, but I am going to make it for sure.
