I really want to meet up with you guys in Nov. if possible or anytime for that matter. I have several question about my carnetix p1900 and my mac mini (G4) currently I am running on my powerbook since I can use an inverter to power the poor computer.

In addition of my problem I would just like to check out everybody's set up mac or pc to see how cool this community is.

I'm willing to meet pretty much whenever, but as for trying to get everyone, I think this is a bad month.

Feel free to shoot me a PM. I have a very flexible work schedule, so if either of you want to hook up and do some troubleshooting, geek out, compare notes or whatever, I'm down for it whenever.

I don't think it's necessarily a bad month.
I jsut have a lot going on right now, and we planned this trip out of town very recently to deal with some family business.

no matter what you do, not everyone will be able to make it, no matter the month, time of day, day, etc.

That's why we're trying to do these more and more often

GedGTIvr6, when do you want to meet?

If I was someone just surfing on the net interested in attending a meet, I might get fed up with reading after the third page or so. I will show up on the 21st or the 28th.

Lets meet this month. I will show up somewhere on the 21st or 28th or 29th for sure. I agree that we need to meet more. This indecisiveness sucks. Everyone let me know if you want to meet on the 21st or 28th or 29th or whenever. I will Try to start a new thread on the 14th. The deadline for changing the date and place is Sat oct 14th. After the 14th it will be set in stone. I vote for Sun the 29th at 6:30. You have four days to decide!

The 21st or the 28th would be good for me too. Let's just say the 21st for now and if need be, do the 28th too. I don't care if there's only 5 people there, I still wanna have a meet.

Dukes, in front of Sam's on the 21st at 2pm. Look for the Ivory Prelude or the Black Celica GT-S.

Anyway, it's easier to load only a few posts and if I don't reread all the posts every time, it's useless use of banwith from the server and my local connection. It's also more processing my computer does and more time I have to waste waiting... and I think the real issue is that I'm just an impatient son of a mother.

I had something totally unexpected and hugronguous pop up out of the blue this weekend, a bachelor party! I'm still swimming in it, them titties! lol.

So, my solidified date is the 21st. See you there difinity and who all else wants to get a little more on the side of groupthink.

Will the administrator let us start a fresh thread so that everyone will not have to search for the date. I'm on your side on this one difinity. The newcomer would most likely not make all of the threads pop up on one page. Unless someone interested in a meet was truly committed, they might not make it to the end. I'll try to post a new thread.

Ok... ummm... I feel really bad about this. I was REALLY looking forward to this meet, but a friend of mine has come back in to America from Mexico but she's 4 hours away from Dallas, so There's a good chance I won't be there this Saturday. I'm not saying I'm going to for sure miss it, but that's how it's looking. Erichson wil be there in his black Celica and his installation (Alpha run) is almost done, and I think it's going to look good personally....

So please show up if you! The show must go on, and I'll see you at the Nov show which should be early in the month... I'll open a thread for that one on Monday so we can get a jump on it.
