the mall will give us all a nice place to warm up should we need it as well
ill be in that area tomorrow and thursday so i can get a lat lon if you tell me the parking lot you guys meet @
this all is of course assuming there arent security guard issues and keeping in mind that there will be more people combining the 2 meets and this may worry the security of the mall seeing extra cars and all
nothing official just yet but those of you comming so far what do you think?

Last time we had a meet it was close to 30 cars over at the parking lot for the boulder creek restaurant in college point (DEC. 29th,2006). Security was cool there though.
Some of the other guys from CL have had meets there before without any problems. If we do come across any problems, I guess we can move it over to the fortunoff. I don't see it being an issue though.
I'll get more info hopefully by today. I'll keep you posted.

I like the mall idea as well
the security did not really bother us that time, they just watched

Thanx for the invite!!! Bummer I can't make it on the 25th. I have to go to Virginia. I could make the 24th though. No carpc to so off yet though.
If you make it a monthy thing, I would be able to come most of the time.

Yeah strippers in this weather = hard nips. LoL
This looks like a good turn out. I've fwd'd this to a few others as well. Hopefully we get a large enough crowd. Shoppers will wonder who are those idiots freezing their asses off outside? See you all then.

Just checking in.
As far as Roosevelt Field the best bet would be the parking garage over near the theaters. The main garage when you come in is where security hangs out at. I also spoke with one of my friends that has had successful meets there and he said security doesn't bother you. So long as we're not acting up and we park appropriately (ie. in the lines .
Here's the thread over on Clublexus for those interested.

Usually we get about 10-15 people to sign in and the turnout always winds up being double that. I'm definitely looking forward to this meet. Can't wait to meet all of you and check out your rides.
I forgot to ask what time are we looking at here. Does 3pm sound good?
