Saturday, August 25th, 2:00pm at Humperdinks in Addison.
Noon might be better as it won't be quite as hot...and it doesn't have to be Humperdinks...that's just traditional. Opinions anyone?

We probably won't make it. We'll be down in Orange, TX doing some last minute tuning on the car for IASCA finals.
However, I encourage EVERYONE to go to this meet!

I'm down. If I get my power supply back from Jeff, then I might actually have my system running for the first time.
Oh Jan, the front bezel is finally really starting to come apart. I think I got some time before it falls apart. I think I'll ask in the Fabrication section for ideas on how to remake the center piece.

ok - you can take a piece of ABS and put it in place of the duraglass we used. You will need to secure it in place, but it will provide a more rigid solution.
The thing is, you have to be VERY careful when pulling that thing in and out of the dash. twisting it in any way, short of it being cast and molded, will cause it to crack.

I've been lurking/searching for a week now and just stumbled across this thread. I would love to come check out some systems but this month is no good for me. I will try and make Sept. meeting, does this happen on a regular day of the month...e.g. third Sat each month, that sort of thing? Or is this decided on a month to month basis?
Thanks
Jay

month to month...pick a date that works for you and people will let you know if they can meet up on that date or not.

I'm not sure that it's worth having this month if only two of us will be there. Perhaps more people will indicate interest later this week...

Alrighty then...it's a no-go as far as I'm concerned unless there's more interest.
