Hey---How bout a meet today 1-20-08. What da ya say Gizmo? NOT!!! 65 degrees 2 weeks ago, -10 below (-23 windchill) today. Nice. Had to disconnect power on car pc as the HDD did'nt want to spin up. Too f*****g cold for it I guess. I suppose if you sat out all nite in a F***'in cold car, you would'nt work either. I HATE THIS WEATHER. Anyhow, hope everyone is having a great New Year.

That's why mine disconnects. I use this time for maintenance and backups. Luckily, we don't have snow, but its COLD!

any locals with a drill press that could help me out
I have one of the motorized liliput displays  well known for problems. mines has a problem. In order to fix it i ordered a replacement aluminum gear from a rc parts company, but i need a 3mm shaft size, its currently 1.5 mm i need 3 mm. gear is aluminum. I'm in a small apartment so i don't have access to a drill press to enlarge  the shaft size, any help would be appriciated. looking forward to the next meet, I've got most of my parts now  |

Latest update on Chicago Auto Show: I'll be coming up Sat 9 Feb, going to show on Sun 10 Feb and burnout when the doors close. ~15 Caddys meeting up at Giordanos Saturday nite.

So'd you make it up in all the rain? 45 and rainy isn't quite what I'd expect for February. I also must say that I quite enjoyed the Passat CC, might have to look for one in a few years. Also, got sucked back into this whole mess:
