I made the order nº 21681 (Mp3Car TRANS 7” VGA transflective sunlight readable monitor - Product Code: MON-010 -
http://store.mp3car.com/Mp3Car_TRANS..._p/mon-010.htm) last May 29, 2007. On 01-06-2007 (I think), I made the Wire Transfer to Mp3Car.com
On 10-06-2007 Order Status = Pending.
On 11-06-2007 I send a mail to
store@mp3car.com demanding to confirm my Wire Transfer, but no answer from Mp3Car (only receive the automatic reply: “This e-mail is to confirm that we've received your inquiry. A member of our staff will review your questions as soon as possible.” – Ticket#1640922.
On 20-06-2007 I send another mail to
store@mp3car.com, but no answer again (only receive the automatic reply – Ticket#3312988).
Now, in my Mp3Car Store account, I cannot see my order nº 21681 when I choose “Review orders / track packages” option. Since 2 or 3 days ago the order is no more visible on the Mp3Car Store site!
Can someone explain to me what is going on? Someone with similar problem?
