I never tried to install maps from the DVD becuase I had them some otherway . Well I decided to use that DVD one day and it didn't work. It had been since September 2006 when I purchased it and I thought I was going to be SOL for a new DVD. They sent me a new one and also another DVD case with like I bought it again basically.
