Jetway Daughtercard

I recently purchased the adpcm card and I was hoping someone else who had it could walk me though install. Windows wants a driver but it came with no cd and I cant find anything online. I did strip down windows but I don't think I removed any driver files. Any tips or ideas are greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:
Wanted to let everyone know that it was windows problem. Re-stripped and re-installed and it now works fine.
