XM Direct + USB Pricing?

i just ordered the package that comes with the XM Direct receiver and the USB Adapter. this package is priced at $94.99.

BUT... the price of the USB adapter by itself is $49.99, and you can add the XM Direct as an optional accessory for $35.99. total price that way is $85.98.

is there something you miss out on by not getting the $94.99 package? or did i just pay an extra $9 for nothing?

The only way to get the XM Direct is with the Mp3Car adapter now.
