Here's what i plan to make in the next days:

Code:

- eject button
- change the system to let user set all skin images names
- changing keyboard system to let make multiples languages mapping with same skin
- AUDIO CD support
- keyboard shortcuts management
- NM resizing
- next track and previous track "stay pushed" to forward / rewind in the current track
- redo the vertical volume code like in NSW
- "options" module for NMC (skinnable)
- change showmode with click on the preview in video module
- redo cuesheets support
- recode the shuffle function, not working in playlist mode
- modifiying the play mode in NPL playlist when user is playing a file in a closed virtual folder
- changing system in the "images" and "audio" full mode to be like in the video full mode (a autohiding bar)
- adding an new indicator to audio module: "normal" / "playlist" / "cuesheet"
- adding another new indicator "shuffle" and "repeat" (not clickable, just an indicator)
- recode file indexing for better performance
- add a "use database" fonction to improve performance
- recode the "album management" and "movies management" part in NM
- translate NMC's text formats
- code the "autohide bar" function for external apps (like in movie / music and image modules)
- code the new "auto add drives" function for the favourite folders
- add a "multiple formats" support for skins (change with a click on the text in NMC)
- on-screen track infos for full modes
- option to let user choose what extensions to show in filelists

kewl all sounds good :-) was just about to ask if its poss to skip the middle view in the images module.. as i'm going from normal to full

I tried using this button, over the small image, but sadly got a redraw error..

Hi Netsuo.. on your image module, you got from normal - medium - full then back again when you tap the picture.. I was after just going direct to full. Also I installed it into my car last night, but noticed theres no keypresses for it, I map my steering wheel controls to keypresses.. ie the volume is mapped to 'U' and 'D' etc.. are you planning on adding keypresses also ?

Clicking on the image in the image module will rotate trough the 3 states, if you dont have a medium module NMC will *normally" go directly to full mode... i'll check if this work
. Otherwise you have 3 buttons "normal_mode", "medium_mode" and "full_mode" to go directly to the wanted showmode..

cheers fella will have a pla later.. also on using your skin for the first time yeasterday.. was very impressed just how well it ran on my Epia M10000. Love it.. I needed a screen dimma (gamma) for the way home as it got dark and my xenarc screen was glaring at me. Would it be poss to do a simple button, like maybe if you touched the logo on the Main module it would dim the screen ? Also I like the idea of a day/night skin so you set two skins.. and say when you press the logo or at a set time it auto swaps.. would be awesome that.

Netsuo, have you any preview on what version will include Phone control? I heard in the Centrafuse forum that zorro is releasing a new version that now allows better integration with frontends....

Is it possible for NMC to do recursive directories...i.e allow selection of a directory and be able to play all songs in the directory and all its sub-directories. Its hard to maintain playlists..

I'm not sure its possible, but you can add a directory and subdirectories to a playlist afaik... (Move further discussions on this topic out of this thread, as this is the official todo...only promised features to be discussed here i think... hehehe)

I have this question, also. I have the same mp3 folder setup and also winamp playlists of all of the directories, yet I can't figure out a way to open the playlists or all the songs in the genre directories in NMC...is this possible?

Do you plan to have the volume control the main volume or even the wave volume? Or even options to do so? Having independant volume is tricky when you have to have windows volume up full to have 'true' control from within NMC makes it LOUD when anything happens in windows.
