For user that have allready downloaded this version, please disable "always on top" option in neocar manager.

I've detected that this cause problems with external apps, so i update download file now with "in-code" disable for this function.

OK,

I think I have isolated application problem... try setting your resolution in NM as 800x480.... then it doesnt work at all... it is resizing the application wrong!

I am able tog et it to work if I put "use skin resolution"....

If you cannot reproduce the problem I will post screen shots...

I also had NMC crash when toggling open application going to MapMonkey... dont know exactly what happened but nmc gave an error and exited...MapMonkey and notepad remained open (2 apps I was swtiching...)

I have installed the runtimes but it will not start.

Starting NM I get "runtime error '0'" and when click 'ok' I get "failed to load control 'vbalexplorerbarctl' from vbalexpbar6.ocx, your version of vbalexpbar6.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application

I know this error. This is a conflict between DLL versions.

Please search for "SSubTmr6.dll" in all your folders, delete ALL versions of this file, just let the one in "system32" folder.

Now go to Start menu > run > regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\SSubTmr6.dll
If the error continue, just make the same thing for the file called "vbalexpbar6.ocx".

This will normally get rid of the problem.
