try this >> (make some changes for destinator like the drive and filename)

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<application>
<!-- Path to the application -->
<chemin>C:\FreeDrive\FreeDrive.exe</chemin>

<!-- Command line -->
<ligne_commande></ligne_commande>

<!-- Preview image -->
<apercu></apercu>

<!-- Window finding text -->
<texte_recherche>free drive 0.85</texte_recherche>

<!-- Description -->
<description>gps freedrive</description>

<!-- Run embedded "in-skin" -->
<run_embedded>0</run_embedded>

<!-- Show application always on top of other -->
<ontop>0</ontop>

<!-- Remove borders of the app. Just set offset for Top,Right,Bottom,Left -->
<borders_remove>30,5,5,5</borders_remove>

<!-- Allow multiples instances for application -->
<allow_multiple_instances>1</allow_multiple_instances>
</application>

Make it a xml file and open through applications

No one got it working through the GPS button by the way?

just a quick note i would change

<!-- Window finding text -->
<texte_recherche>free drive 0.85</texte_recherche>

to:
<!-- Window finding text -->
<texte_recherche>free drive</texte_recherche>

just so when u update the exe file and the version number changes from 0.85 you won't have to edit the xml file

it is the window finding text and I tried it with another app
(soundcontrol) and the xml file still says free drive 0.85 but it is working!
So it's ok like this.
It's nicer to do it your way.

cheers

it is working cause your loading that app i think it actually locks the app quicker to NMC if the window text is the same as the app.

Not to sure about that netsuo will have to tell us.

open up the light skin in NMC skin editor then click on all the GPS icons on each seperate page (main, audio, video etc pages)

double click on the gps buttons on each seperate page and a properties page opens up

select EXTERNAL_APPLICATION_LOAD under the short press action
Then next to it you can select the XML file that launches the gps program

Hope this helps you
