Hi guys, new to the forum, I just registered. I love the idea of carputers and I think I will probably have as much fun installing and setting it up as I will using it.
I love cars and computers, and after seeing some the projects you guys have done on here I can't wait to get started!
Anyways, here's what I have planned so far, but anything can be changed if recommended, I do already have 2GB of 800MHz ram though, so I might as well use that for the memory.

I think the turbo memory may help with boot times, but I have no experience with turbo memory, it may not be that useful, but I figured it's worth a try right?
I have attached a spreadsheet of the components, links and prices for my proposed setup.
I would like someone to recommend me a touch screen, as I said, preferably transflective and 7" or 8" but aside from the screen please post any and all comments or suggestions you have.
