Hey all !

I have a 7in thouch screen in my car, one of those flip-in single din radios, and it has an entrance to which I can connect my laptop.
My biggest question right now is which drivers\software do I need to get to use my laptop\windows XP with my touch screen radio, and where to get them..?? I searched but found nothing, probably cause I´m not doing it properly, but oh well...
Second, from what´ve read, I need a front software.. can I program the pc to start the software everytime I turn on the car\Pc ? or do I have to move around in windows and then start the software everytime I start the car ?
Also, what other software do I need to run a carpc ? do I just install the drivers needed, the front software like road runner and connect the pc to the car, and voilá, a basic car pc is running ?

go to the software sub-forum, then go to the front end sub-forum, that will show you all the front ends, download a couple, see what you like best, my personal favorite is road runner.

Your touchscreen, we're going to need more information then that, such as what model is it, to say what drivers you will need, although it should have come with a driver disk...
