n00b saying hello from Los Angeles, CA

Hello to all the carPC enthusiasts here!

I have decided to take the plunge and start to install my mac mini in my Mazda6. I plan to continue my research here before asking too many questions, but if I just can't find the answers I'm looking for I will be asking here on the forums.

Here are my plans so far:
mac mini with a modified front row incorporating GPS, iTunes, OBD II, and DVD. Not sure if this is possible but will be giving it a try.
Carnetix P1900 with mac pack power cable
Custom motorized LCD in the center map compartment made by a company in China http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gcN7T8To18
And I am debating if I should install extra monitors in the back for kids and road trips. Also, how to wire it up.
