Hibernate...Loud ringing sound

Ever since Ive installed my CarPC a few months ago, at random times, maybe 1 out of 4, I will get a loud, ear piercing ringing noise from all of my speakers when coming out of hibernation. Its usually remedied by putting it in hibernation again and coming back, but on rare occasions that has to be done twice. I can just do a full restart but that takes too long. At first I thought it was something weird with Road Runner running whole I hibernate so tried shutting it of before Hibernation but I still get the noise sometimes. I was on the brink of reinstalling my OC last night but had a hard time getting into my BIOS so put it on hold.

Has anyone else experienced anything else like this?

PS, im running a

is it a sound effect or noise? Does it stop? What software is running after hibernation.

Its a noise. Kinda like one of those ringing fire alarms. Not the bells, the type you would find in a business setting. No program has to be running. i originally thought it was RR. but when i resumed from Hibernate just to my desktop it has happened also.

Thanks but tried that. It first did it on my desktop when I was setting up the car pc through the onboard sound. Tried 2 different sound cards since then and still have the problem.
