so much spare hardware - would you use it for carputer?

well i have a system just lying around collecting dust but it seems from reading the faq's and using the search that it would be unwise/difficult/the worst processor to use it as a car pc.

abit u-7 ATX mobo
pentium 3,0ghtz prescott
1gb pc3200 mushkin 5-2-2-2 rM
EAX850PRO pci-x GRAPHICS CARD
audigy sound card
wireless pci card
blutooth pci card
600watt psu (i know)

what would you do if you really wanted a car pc. i cant afford much of an outlay for my carputer and i cant sell this sytem. i know its overkill on specs but cant decide wether to try and use it. i dont mind the space but heat and power might / will be crazy.

what do you reccomend?

use it or loose it?

It's too much, could be tricky to power it.
