i'm ready to start my project but...

Hey guys i just got 2008 Scion Tc like month and i'm finally ready to put pc in it. I've been reading this forum for few months already when i was going to put pc in my old cad but it never happened. To start with i'm going to order 7" xenarc this friday. So far my project is hp pavilion slimline s7613w it's pretty smal and powerfull pc. It's got amd sempron 3400 512mb ram. I replaced original 160gig sata hard drive with 250gig ide hard drive and i took original dvd drive and modem out. I'd like to upgrade memory up to 1gig and i want to keep card reader and wireless lan antena cecause they alredy connected to the motherboard and add some usb devices like keyboard, gps and maybe camera, put dvd drive back in. i have original dvd drive and usb dvd drive so which one should i use? Also i want my monitor and dvd drive were powered through pc power supply not separately or from battery. So thats pretty much is going to be my project. So far i got a question:

On my original power supply it says

+3.3v ___ 7.0A
+5.0v ___ 12.0A
+12.0v __ 6.0A
12.0v ___ 0.1A
+5.0vsb __ 1.5A

total 108w max

So which power supply should i buy? looks like Opus Solutions 250w?

12v rail = 10A (120w)
3.3v rail = 15A (49.5w)
5v rail = 15A (75w)

I know its going to work but do i really need that much power?

thanks alot

Yes you need that much power.

A regular optical drive will eat a huge amount of power unneccessarily. And why you would want a tray load drive in a car is beyond me. I hope your usb drive is slot load. If not, you should probably get one.

And the xenarc is to be powered directly from the battery. That is the only "feature" lilliputs do not have. They take unregulated voltage.

If you read the FAQ you will find numerous reasons to not use an inverter.
