Small LCD panel pc with touchscreen

Hi,

I have been searching for a small LCD panel pc with a touchscreen and a 12 vdc power supply. Most panel pc work on AC or 19 vdc. I would like a 7" or 8.4" screen and another 17" screen. These will be in two places in my SUV. Small one in the dash. Large one in the rear seat area.

I have been looking for these for some time unsuccessfully. Has anyone found a source for them?
