Smile New to the Hobby

First off I'd like to say hello! I've been searching through the site on and off for a couple years. I've finally got the nerve up to build my truck up. I've got an 07 F150. I have already installed new components in all of the doors and a MTX thunderform box with a Stereo Integrity BM sub, JL 300/4 amp, and a JL 500/1 amp. I have also purchased a Lilliput car pc now I'm trying to figure out the screen install and which one to buy. I'm thinking the 700tsv in the factory HU location, but I've also considered a console install. I will keep my progress posted. I look forward to gaining some knowledge and wisdom from all of the seasoned members.
