Brief Suggestions for Newbies Reading These Posts

When I was new, I had a hard time finding stuff on these forums. How to search, what is a PM, what were the carpc specs of any given person on mp3car, how could I see pioctures of installs...? Lots to learn, but where was it all?

I don't have the energy to go over everything, but as you read this post, look around on your screen. See how in the upper right, it says "welcome (your screen name)" You hay occasionally receive a PM, or private message from someone. Look in the upper right to see if you have any.

See the gray bar a couple of inches down, with the titles in blue in it? There's your users CP (control panel), that allows you to view and change your pesonal infor, also upload pictures. I personally get a lot out of seeing how others do their inatalls.

Also on the gray bar are THE RULES, FAQ's (reeeeeally reeeeally helpful), posts, and the BIGGIE, "SEARCH" It is strongly recommended for new members to do a lot of reading and searching before they get too deep into asking questions. Someone said that a new person will get more respect if they seem to have done some research BEFORE asking questions. It's true.

To keep it short, I suggest that anyone take some time to carefully look all aroung the various forum screens. There's a lot to take in.

not to pick, but the mods don't like multiple posts.

I've been "infracted" for it before myself.

Just a word of advice............
