Newbie here! few questions about bluetooth to car pc

hey i'm new here. i have bought all the stuff i need to make my car pc now. i am wanting to use the handsfree function on my phone.
do i need to buy a certain bluetooth adaptor or will any cheap one off ebay do?

i've found problems with the ebay ones..especially software. do yourself a favor and get it from a regular store

They're so cheap anymore. My Belkin bluetooth dongle was $29.95, the IOGear was (I think) $19.95. They are both known brands, and I never have problems with them on eithr of two pc's.

It's nice going online thru phone, even tho it's a bit slow. Bottom line, when there's no hispeed conn available, bluetooth works OK.

I don't have microphone cable run for my carpc yet, but the hands-free works...

i will be using a USB modem from T-Mobile to access the internet. the bluetooth will mainly be for the handsfree.
