Im a newbie. Need help fixing interior of 03 mazda protege

I just recently got back from a year long assignment in South Korea only to find out that my little brother decided my car was his and tried to use the interior paint from auto zone inside the car. If anyone has any ideas or advice as to the best way to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. He painted the dash and the center console.

acetone would remove the paint but stink the car up to high hell and potentially damage the plastics. Thats gonna be one tough job to do regardless.
