Yeah, this is my first post so please easy on me

I am planning to install a carputer on my 06 Silverado Duramax/Allison Truck. I already installed an OEM Navigation touch screen and I am deciding if I rip this out and replace it with Macmini and liliput touchscreen. I know I will lose my built-in XM and RSE. Really don't want to rip my Nav screen if someone or someone you know how to hack on my OEM Nav to tap in to the touchscreen control. I know PITA. I already have a RGB/Composite adapter input on the touchscreen. Oh yeah I did use the Search function on this forum but no luck.
