USB to Stock CD Headunit adapter?

Newb here but can anyone give me directions on how I can use my USB thumb memory drive to play mp3s on my stock deck, if possible...

I have a 03 Civic SI and want to maintain the stock look but still play mp3s.

Just wanted see the options b4 I go out and by an mp3 USB deck. thanks!

Unless your headunit has a USB port specifically for reading USB flash drives, I don't see it happening.

03 Civic is a very modifiable car to get an OEM look with a screen and computer... A computer plays mp3's. And it will do more than any mp3 deck.

a computer would be sweet.. but way out of my budget... i just want a simple usb adapter if possible...

Does your stock headunit have CD changer controls?
If so, this might work for you.

yeah, it does have cd changer controls.... i just don't want to gamble on seeing if it'll work or not... anyone try it yet?
