stock dvd player in explorer, is there a way to tie into the carputer
Thinking about picking up my project and going forward. The only question I have is that I have a stock dvd player in the explorer. Is there a way to tie this into a carputer and still use the buttons and all the stuff attached to it? My explorer is an 07 and the dvd is mounted on the ceiling in the middle between front and rear seats. I don't want to attempt a carputer if I am going to lose the dvd functionality.
Anything is possible, but generally speaking...No.
See if it has Video input jacks, if so, you can hook those up to your carputer. But resolution will suck except for video.
