Wiring up an amp
Hi everyone,
Can someone point me in the right direction where I can find a wiring diagram to wire up an amp as well as my car computer. I am currently running my computer off a 8 gauge wire, but want to split this to run an amp. Up until now I have been running the sound through the aux on my head unit. I now want to get rid of the head unit.
How do I do I wire these in together? Can I use the same gauge wire and earthing point? Is is possible to use the power wire from the head unit, if the amp only has a 30 amp fuse? What sort of power can I run of the 8 gauge cable.
