Question aux-input=cd changers pin

I would like to use the cd changers controller in my 1994 Acura Legend as a route for aux-input from my soundcard. It seems simple enough to just wire up a 8 pin din plug up with RCAs coming out of the other end for - the Right signal, signal ground, Left signal, signal ground...right?

I need to figuring out how to get the head unit to think there's a CD-changer attatched when I hit the button to switch to CD controls.

I know some one has done this just need the know how.

http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/show...ighlight=acura <---- some if not all of the info in this post is old/or not working.

What brand is the factory deck & changer? Is it Kenwood in a 94 Honda?

This might be a good place to start.

As far as i remember the 94 honda changer was Alpine...

This link above is someone who has gone into great depth regarding the pin out of an alpine changer in that vintage....

Search Alpine Changer Hack...and you can find some info.
