putting pc in the car

Hi anyone here in Australia?
I'm thinking to put my laptop / old computer to my car so I can play computer, watching movies, tv, radio and the most important MP3.
Anyone has any idea how to fit computer to car to replace my head unit?
I need keyboard and mouse as well (laptop mouse because it's small)

Thanx

Erik

What do you want to do? What do you have now? What kind of car do you have? Where do you want to mount the screen. Voice interface/Touch screen interface? Those are just a few questions to get it rolling. We need to know what you want to do and what you already have. Also, what your budget is as well (if you don't mind sharing since it will help).

We all want to help but it would be nicer if we have more information. We know you have a laptop.

Hi,

I"m thinking to separate my laptop screen and keyboard or else I just use my laptop lcd or getting cheap monitor. I can also source a desktop pc to put in the car.
My car is a r34 skylines gtt, so I'll remove the boost gauge to put the monitor in.
Thinking to put the keyboard in the tray box and get touch pad.
I got idea to rip my dashboard and fit the keyboard but I'm aware many thieves outside.
Touch screen is not worthed, not much money.
Budget maybe 500 AUD
